I wanted to use "ruckus" as my battletag id but it was rejected. It's not a bad word and it's a handle I've been using for a while, so I would like to continue using it. Is this just an error that I could expect to be fixed? Would really appreciate a reply on this, thanks.

Currently, for reasons I can't go into, the Battle Tag naming restrictions won't allow the character string "ku" to be used. Select another name for now, one you'll be able to to live with for a while. We hope to be able to allow them to be changed in the future but we've no way to know when that might occur.

I've been told the "fix" is coming soon, but you know how that goes :)

People shouldn't hesitate in making a name, even if temporary, if they want to play the Beta.

As it says on the FAQ, "We plan to provide a way for players to change their BattleTags in the future, but we don't have any further details to share just yet."
