I cant go into any personal details here in a public forum, but it appears you're using a different Battle.net account than the one you originally used for Diablo III. That account though appears to have been compromised and is currently being prevented from playing.

You're going to need to contact a Billing Representative to try and straighten out the account issues. You should try to remember what the Battle.net account (email address) you used before was too.
